My taglines

I am going to try and incorporate some of the conventions that I have found from analysing existing horror taglines. Across my potential taglines, I will incorporate elements of the genre such as the use of the pronoun 'you', and possibly a warning or command to the audience. I have noticed that taglines don't only make reference to the genre but they also hint at the film's storyline. My plot involves a haunted house so it is likely I will use words such as 'evil', 'terror', 'possessed' and 'haunted' in some of my taglines.

Below is a list of 10 possible taglines for my film-poster and trailer which I will run by a focus group before I choose which one I am going to use:

1. Our Last Goodbye Was Never Said
2. The Loss Of A Father Is Painful To Bear
3. Some people don't believe in heroes, but they have'nt met my dad.
4. The Children, Will pay for...
5. All children are evil
6. Evil creeps in
7. Hello darkness my old friend
8. Even the devil was once an angel
9. Good doesn't always triumph evil in the end
10. Revenge is not beneath him
