What company will create my film?

Different companies specialise in creating different film genres, the task I am aiming to achieve is to figure what film company will best suit the film I am creating. Therefore, since I am making a horror film I will conduct research into the different production companies that concentrate on big-budget, blockbuster horror films and evaluate which one would be most appropriate.

Blumhouse Productions

Blumhouse is an American movie production company created by producer Jacob Blum. Blumhouse is best known for creating low-budget movies turning them into successful films that generate millions of dollars for the company, distribution company and cast. Blumhouse is famous for movies like 'Insidious' and 'Paranormal Activity' and 'The Purge'.

 

Benderspink

Blenderspink is a film production company that was created in 1998 by Chris Bender and J.C. Spink. Both creators have an extensive history on creating films of the horror genre, renowned for their golden globe nominated film 'A History Of Violence'. Benderspink production company has created films like 'Kill Theory' and 'The Ring'.

Ghost House Pictures

Ghost House Pictures is a production company, founded in 2002, created by both Samuel Raimi and Robert Tapert, two successful American film directors and producers. The company produces horror films such as 'Don't Breath', 'The Boogeyman' and 'Poltergiest'.

Hammer Film Productions

Horror Film productions is a British film company based in London, founded in 1934, renowned for a series of Gothic horror films made during the 1950's - 1970's. This could be a suitable potential since centred in London, the city I live in. Hammer Film Productions have created films such as 'The Woman in Black', 'Let Me In' and 'The Quiet Ones'.

Universal Pictures Film Company

Universal Pictures film company is an American film studio owned by comcast through the Universal Filmed entertainment group division of its owned subsidiary NBC Universal created in 1912. The company was founded by multiple people and is the oldest American film company, a leading company during Hollywood's golden age. Universal, in recent years, has made numerous big-budget Hollywood block busters, which is why this could be a potential film company that could produce my film. For example, 'The Mummy', 'Haloween', 'Dracula' and 'The First Purge'.
